Penang
- T.Y.T. Governor of Penang State was accompanied
by Y.B. Dato' Kee Phaik Cheen , the Penang State executive
Councillor for Tourism ,Culture, the Arts and Women's
Development .
12 Women artists from different regions of Asia presented
their works which reflected the coherent characteristics
and the
innemost sensibilities of the individual woman artists
