1944,born in Hanshou County,Hunan Province.
1960-1966- graduated from the Fine Arts School attached to the Central
Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing.
1986-1990,worked as an art editor with Chinese Art, Beijing
People¡¯s Fine Arts Publishing House.
1990,moved to Canada and settled down in Montreal for seventeen years.
1991-1993,held many solo exhibitions in Trois-Rivieres, Srbrooke and
Montreal.
1993- particiapted in 10 Contemporary Chinese artists
organized by the Menghuyuan Foundation of Montreal National Botanic Garden,
Canada. Painting- ¡±Grape¡± collected by the director of Montreal
National Botanic Garden.
1994-1997- Teach painting at the Menghuyuan
Foundation of Montreal Botanic Garden.
Listed as renowned
Chinese Artists in North America and received acclaim as one of the most
influential women artists in Canada.
1998-a video profile feature of Huang¡¯s art and
life for Beijing Television.
1998-1999,held two solo art exhibitions at Fengya Art
Museum in Gaoxiong,Taiwan. Her works are in the collections of Fokuangshan Art
Museum, Taiwan, Gaoxiong
Education Bureau,and Taiwan Art Museum
Taiwan.2006,the oil painting¡±Spring Charm¡± was auctioned and sold .
2007-particiapated in the first Hundred Artists cruise to return to exhibition in Hangzhou and HongKong. |
