Carolyne Landon, MFA-Interdisciplinary Art: her work has been exhibited at
The Philips Collection, Washington, DC, The Corcoran Gallery of Art,
Washington, DC, and Radio City Music Hall, NYC, and it hangs in The
President¨s Collection at William & Mary College, Williamsburg, VA. Her
teaching credits include: associate professor at the Corcoran School of
Art, Washington, DC, and adjunct instructor of anatomy at The New York
Academy of Fine Arts, NYC. She is the recipient of two National Endowment
For The Arts awards for her inter-arts project Crayons and Horns.
Highlights of her illustration career include working for NBC -TV News and
The Washington Post as a courtroom artist. Her illustrations have been
published in The Smithsonian Magazine and The Nature Conservancy has
published her work as a writer and photographer. Born in Yorktown, VA, she
has lived in Washington, DC, New York City, and moved to Portland in 2009.
