Zhu Licun,was bon in Yixing, graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts, she has been working on art production for the Artist’ Association, in Sichuan Province. As a first class state artist and a specialist, the She Council in China has awarded her a special allowance. She is a member of the Chinese Artists’ Association, a member of the Chinese Painting Art Committee of Chinese Artists’ Association, deputy president of Chinese Fine Brushwork Committee,.

Zhu Licun’ has won the grand prize, silver medal, bronze medal, honorary prize, excellent prize respectively in such national exhibition as the National Art Exhibition, the China Athletic and Artistic Exhibition, the National Artistic Exhibition for the Minorities, the Exhibition of Chinese Fine Brushwork and the Exhibition of Chinese Paintings in One Hundred Years. She has held numerous national and international individual exhibitions and joint exhibitions.

Her masterpieces has been selected and published in The Collected Works of Modem Chinese An, Chinese New Culture, Selected Works of Chinese Fine Brushwork, Selected Chinese Prize-Winning Art Works, Exhibition of Chinese Paintings in One Hundred Years, her works are now included among the collections of the China National Museum of Fine Arts, the Research institute of Traditional Chinese Paintings, and the Tianjin Museum.

朱理存，1940年出生于江苏宜兴。

1959年中央美术学院附中毕业，同年保送中央美院国画系学习。

1964年中央美院毕业后，到四川省美协从事美术创作至今。

国家一级美术师，享受国务院特殊津贴专家。

现为中国美协理事，中国美协中国画艺委会委员，中国工笔画会副会长，四川省美术家协会副主席。

曾任第八、九届全国美展评委及多种全国展览评委。

作品参加了第五、六、七、八、九届全国美展。其代表作曾在全国美术展览等大型美展中多次获大奖、银奖、优秀奖等奖励，并曾多次在国内外举办个展和联展。

其代表作选入《现代中国美术全集》、《中国工笔画集》等多种大型画册。

出版有《朱理存画集》、《朱理存、马振声中国画选集》等。

作品被中国美术馆、中国画研究院等收藏。
