Studied in the Art Department of Beijing Art College. She majored in traditional Chinese painting. Until now,she has been doing art for 50 years. One of her works‘The New Event in The Mountain Area’(100cm×70cm), a figure painting in elaborate style directed by Bai Xueshi, was selected in the‘1960s Exhibition of Beijing Fine Arts’. Studied flower-bird works in The Central Academy of Fine Arts, under Gao Guanhua’s direction. Became a member of China Artists Association(Beijing). Besides teaching art, she also produced many works of art. She took part in a lot of exhibitions and won many awards, including‘The Best Work of Art’presented by the China Artists Association. Devoted in creating works of art and polishing her skills.‘Frosting Weather’and 9 other paintings were invited to take part in‘The Exhibition of Five Young Painters from Beijing’held by the China Artists Association. Went to Japan, invited by the Osaka government, and held an exhibition called‘Zhao Yufang’s New Style of Ink and Wash Painting’ The exhibition was broadcasted by many TV stations, including NHK. ‘Family Living on the Water‘was chosen to take part in’ The Exhibition of Women Artists’during‘The 4th World Women Conference’.Published‘Zhao Yufang and Tang Xiaoding’s Album of Paineings’. Created ‘The Birds in The Sakura Tree’ at China Artists Association’s invitation. The painting was later given to the Japan government by the China government.

The Present Age’. 1960年毕业于北京艺术学院美术系，1965年毕业于中央电视大学中文系，任职于北京市教育局。 现为北京市美术家协会会员，北京女美术家联谊会理事。 多年来从事中国画的研究与创作，作品具有中国画功力，东西兼融富于创造性，个人风格鲜明，擅长花鸟兼山水画。 作品多次参加国内外联展、个展。曾在《美术》、《中国画》、《中国艺术》、《读卖新闻》等刊物上发表，被国内外机构与个人收藏。 2002年为中国共产党友好代表团出访日本创作的国画《樱花宿鸟》，作为贵重礼品赠送给日本政党领导人。 出版《中国当代美术家精品集·赵玉芳、唐小丁专集》。入编《中国当代美术家人名录》。 |
