Experiences related to art: Entered HangZhou Academy of Fine Arts as a student in 1948;

Graduated from the Faculty of Oil Paintings of Central Fine Arts Academy of China in 1960. Used to teach at the high school affiliated to Central Fine Arts Academy of China

Became a member of Association of Fine Artists of China in 1963.To be elected and then reelected as director of Council of Beijing Branch under Association of Fine Artists of China. A few of Mrs.ZHANG’s works of art have ever been displayed home and abroad. “Album of Oil Paintings created by Mrs.ZHANG LI” and “DVD for Selections of Oil Paintings by Mrs.ZHANG LI” have been published.

Honors/Awards: Mrs.ZHANG LI’s oil paintings titled “Perpetual Vital Force”, “Wumen Today”, “green grass and milk” have been awarded first-class, third-class and excellent prizes of artwork respectively by Beijing Union of Culture and Art and Beijing Branch under Association of Fine Artists of China, of which “Wumen Today” and “green grass and milk” have been treasured up by Beijing Branch under Association of Fine Artists of China.

Solo Exhibitions: In 1987, Mrs.ZHANG LI’s first solo oil painting exhibition was held at ZHONG SHAN Park, Beijing, China;

In 1999, her second solo painting exhibition was held at RUI CHENG Room, Liu Li Chang, Beijing, China;

In 2004, her third solo painting exhibition was held at Beijing International Art Court.

Group Exhibitions:

1.In 1962,Mrs.ZHANG LI joined hands with painters Mr.LI TIANXIANG and Mrs.ZHAO YOUPING to hold “Exhibition on sketches created from the trip to northeast parts of China”;

 In 1987, Mrs.ZHANG LI held “Exhibition on paintings created from the trip to the western part of

HU NAN province, China ” in association with another painters such as Mrs.KANG SHUZHEN etc;

3.In 1999, Mrs.ZHANG LI held Small Sized Oil Painting Exhibition named “Voice of Nature” with another 11 female painters.

Important Collections: Mrs.ZHANG LI’s oil painting titled “Learning” has been treasured up by National Art Gallery of China(NAGC) and compiled into “the album of paintings treasured up by NAGC”.

Mrs.ZHANG LI’s words about her oil painting titled “Peace And Happiness”: This is not a dream, it’s my ideal. People all over the world should unite and strive for peace. Only in a world without smoke of gunpowder and war, people can lead a happy and harmonious life.

1926年出生于湖南省长沙市。

1948年入杭州艺专学习。1960年毕业于中央美术学院油画系。

曾在中央美术学院附中任教。

1963年成为中国美术家协会会员，曾当选并连任北京市美协理事。

出版《张丽油画》集及《张丽油画作品选》DVD光盘。

获奖：油画《今日午门》和《青草.乳汁》分获三等奖和优秀作品奖，并由北京市美协收藏；油画《生生不息》被北京市文联和北京市美协授予一等奖。

其作品多次参加国内外画展及个展。

1987、1999和2004年分别在北京举办个人油画展。

油画《学》被中国国家美术馆收藏，并收入《中国美术馆藏画集》。

画家对其作品“和平.幸福”的感悟：这不是梦，是理想。全世界人民团结起来，争取和平。没有硝烟，没有战争，人民才能过上幸福、和谐的生活。
