Lin Lin-Lan is a native of Taiwan. She
graduated from National Taiwan University of Arts in 1964 and went to
Japan the following year to pursuit further studies under the tutelage
of many art masters. She started a long creative artistic career in
Japan where she stayed for 20 years. Ms. Lin returned to her native land
of Taiwan in 1986 and moved to Shanghai in 2003 to continue to do what
she loves to do: modern Chinese art work.
Her works were exhibited in various international art shows, like: Asia
Modern Art Exhibition in Japan, Societe des Artists Francais Exhibition
in France, Olympic Art Exhibition in Korea, and many other artistic
displays all over the world. In 1990, she received the "Modern Painting
Award" sponsored by ChineseLiterary and Fine Arts Association. Her
modern art works were part of collections at museums in Taiwan and
treasured by many institute and privat collectors worldwide.
Lin Lin-Lan's creative artistic career expands over a productive period
of four decades. Her artistic creation revolves around a cosmic
view of "Constant Changing, Perpetual Moving" and she never ceases to
explore the wonders of life and the mysteries in the universe from the
view point of this unique female artist.
林玲兰，生于台湾。
1964年国立台湾艺术大学毕业，1965年赴日本留学研究，旅居日本二十年，获诸多名师指导，开始从事现代艺术创作。1986年返台，2003年移居上海，目前正热衷于中国现代彩墨之创作。
作品曾参加世界各国艺术大展，如：日本亚细亚现代美术展、法国国际艺术家联盟沙龙展、韩国奥运联展等。中、法、美、日、韩等国展览，并荣获日本全日展、东京国际艺术展等大奖。获评论家的高度评价与推崇。1990年获颁中国文艺奖章－“现代画奖”。作品获台北国立历史博物馆、国立台湾美术馆等机构典藏及海内外各界人士收藏。
林玲兰四十多年的创作生涯中，始终以“万物流转”的思想理念，持续不断地发表此一系列作品，实践着这一全新理念，表现对宇宙、生命的探索，呈现星球运转、宇宙变幻莫测的景象，抒发一位女性艺术家内心世界交融宇宙的博大情怀。 |
