GuQian,female,was born in BaoDing HeBei Peovince on August,1970,and the original family was in DaLian LiaoNing Province.She has studied in TianJin Art Academy and Chinese Art Research Institute.Now,she is a cadre in the political department of the BeiJing military command.Apart from this,she’s a director of Chinese Artist Society,BeiJing HanMo Celebrity Handwriting-Painting Acsdemy,BeiJing Female Artist Society,HeBei Artist Society,Chinese Art Research Institute,Future Painting Magazine of Chinese Art Publishing House,BeiDaiHe Painting Institute,and Macow Painting Institute.

Ftom 1999 to 2002,HeBei Art Publishing House and the People Art Publishing House had successively published her individual painting works.

Many painting works of hers were exhibited in Chinese Art Gallery,Capital Museum,YanHuang Art Gallery,Today Art Gallery,ShenZhen Art Gallery,and LuoYang Art Gallery,etc.At the same time,some works was published by many newspapers and magazines.

谷茜，1970年出生于河北保定，祖籍辽宁省大连市。

现为北京军区政治部俱乐部干事、中国画家协会理事、北京翰墨名人国际书画院院士、北京女美术家联谊会理事、河北美术家协会会员、中国书画未来研究会会员、中国美术出版社《世纪画坛》杂志社特约编委、河北省北戴河画院画家、澳门彩墨画院画家。

先后在天津美术学院和中国艺术研究院中国画高级研修班学习。

1999至2002年由河北美术出版社、人民美术出版社出版“20世纪末中国画作品精选”个人专集和《谷茜画集》。

作品在中国美术馆、首都博物馆、炎黄艺术馆、荣宝斋、今日美术馆、深圳美术馆、洛阳美术馆等地展出。在各大报刊、杂志发表，先后多次参加救灾、助学、扶贫拍卖等公益活动。
