Artist statement Much of my work explores spirituality. It is in my nature to be strongly interested in the spirit, but the ecological and social problems of the world also prompt my interest in interfaith and intercultural friendships. This is my way to build peace in the world: person-to-person. No one can be left out. Each and every one of us needs to be included in the hearts of other people. This artwork, “Peace Robe: No one can be left out”, is to remind myself to open my heart to you, whoever you are. |
